科室簡介

　　2015年輸血科從檢驗(yàn)科分離出來，正式成立獨(dú)立建制科室，現(xiàn)有職工5人，其中副主任技師1人，主管檢驗(yàn)師4人。負(fù)責(zé)全院臨床用血供應(yīng)。科室醫(yī)療技術(shù)力量雄厚，學(xué)術(shù)氛圍濃厚。主要職能是承擔(dān)我院臨床用血的計(jì)劃申報(bào)、血液儲存、交叉配血、發(fā)血、技術(shù)指導(dǎo)和科學(xué)、合理用血措施的實(shí)施等，為臨床患者救治提供有力保障。

　　科室實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備齊全，技術(shù)先進(jìn)，功能完備。現(xiàn)有進(jìn)口血型鑒定及配血儀、進(jìn)口專用儲血冰箱、血小板專用振蕩保存箱、自動血漿解凍儀、專用血清學(xué)離心機(jī)、奧林巴斯顯微鏡、血栓彈力圖、冷鏈溫控系統(tǒng)及專用運(yùn)血箱等設(shè)備儀器。近年來，輸血科積極開展輸血新技術(shù)和新業(yè)務(wù)，改進(jìn)配血方法，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行《醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)臨床用血管理辦法》和《臨床輸血技術(shù)規(guī)范》，確保患者輸血安全、合理、有效。

　　目前輸血科開展的實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目有：微柱凝膠及聚凝胺交叉配血技術(shù)、不規(guī)則抗體篩選、抗人球蛋白實(shí)驗(yàn)、疑難配血技術(shù)、血栓彈力圖、稀有血型的鑒定、擇期手術(shù)病人的貯存式自身輸血技術(shù)等項(xiàng)目。供應(yīng)臨床的血液成分有：懸浮紅細(xì)胞、懸浮少白細(xì)胞紅細(xì)胞、洗滌紅細(xì)胞、血小板、新鮮冰凍血漿、普通冰凍血漿等。

　　輸血科牢固樹立“質(zhì)量就是生命”的意識，24小時(shí)為臨床提供安全、及時(shí)、有效的服務(wù)。并常年為患者及家屬提供有關(guān)輸血方面的咨詢服務(wù)。

　　In 2015, the Department of Blood Transfusion was separated from the clinical laboratory and an independent formed unit was officially established, with five staff members, including one Associate Senior Technologist and four Technologists-in-charge. Responsible for clinical blood supply. The department medical technical force is strong, academic atmosphere is strong. The main function is to undertake the Plan declaration of clinical blood, Blood storage, Cross matching, blood issuing, Technical Guidance and scientific, reasonable Blood-use measures, etc.To provide strong guarantee for the treatment of clinical patients.

　　The department has complete experimental equipment, advanced technology and complete functions. Existing import Blood Type Identification and Matching instrument, import Blood Storage Refrigerator, Platelet oscillation preservation box, Automatic plasma thawing apparatus, Dedicated serological centrifuge, Olympus microscope, Thrombus Elastic figure, Cold-Chain temperature control system and Special blood transportation box equipment instrument. In recent years, the department actively carry out blood transfusion , new technology and new business to improve the matching method, strictly enforce the "measures for the management of clinical blood use of medical institution" and "technical specification for clinical blood transfusion", and to ensure patients' blood transfusion safety, reasonable and effective.

　　At present, the experimental projects carried out by the Department of blood transfusion are: Microtubes Gel and Polycoagulamine Cross-Match Test, Irregular Antibody Screening, Antiglobulin Test, difficult Cross-Match Test, Rare Blood Type Identification, selective operation of patients with Autologus BLood Transfusion technology. The blood components of clinical supply include: Red Cells Suspension, Leucocyte-Reduced Red Blood Cells, Washed Red Blood Cells, Platelets, Fresh Frozen Plasma, Frozen Plasma, etc.

　　Blood transfusion department firmly set up "quality is life" consciousness, 24 hours for the clinical safe, timely, effective service. Counselling services on blood transfusion are provided to patients and their families throughout the year.
