科室簡介

　　PT3科是康復(fù)中心的重點(diǎn)科室之一，對于不能正常步行的腦血管病患者，通過康復(fù)治療最大限度使其正常化。科室每年都有來自全國各地的患者前來就診，其中包括著名演員葛存壯，相聲大師侯寶林等。同時(shí)也有來自許多國家的患者，像俄國、美國、韓國、日本、烏克蘭等等。科室共有治療師30名，其中副高職稱1名，中級治療師15名，其中共有5名碩士研究生。

　　科室主任劉惠林獲得日本國際醫(yī)療福祉大學(xué)學(xué)士、碩士學(xué)位，并且是國際Bobath高級班認(rèn)定成員，同時(shí)還是國際Bobath高級培訓(xùn)班中國舉辦方負(fù)責(zé)人。曾獲得以下榮譽(yù)：

　　1990年，在中國康復(fù)研究中心和日本國立康復(fù)中心聯(lián)合舉辦的理學(xué)療法學(xué)習(xí)班中，成績優(yōu)異，順利結(jié)業(yè)。

　　2010年，特聘為中國康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)會康復(fù)治療專業(yè)委員會第四屆委員會副主任委員。

　　2011年，特聘為中國康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)會康復(fù)治療專業(yè)委員會物理治療學(xué)組第一屆學(xué)組委員。

　　2012年，經(jīng)中國康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)會康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)教育專業(yè)委員會研究決定，特聘為中國康復(fù)治療教育國際化物理治療專家委員會委員。

　　科室部分治療師曾參加國際醫(yī)療培訓(xùn)并取得相應(yīng)證書，對于腦血管導(dǎo)致的偏癱后遺癥的康復(fù)治療方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，包括癱瘓肢體平衡與協(xié)調(diào)的障礙，肌張力增高或降低，膝反張、足內(nèi)翻導(dǎo)致的步態(tài)異常等等。同時(shí)他們還承擔(dān)首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)教學(xué)工作和多項(xiàng)國際康復(fù)培訓(xùn)班的培訓(xùn)任務(wù)。治療師除了對住院患者進(jìn)行日常康復(fù)訓(xùn)練外，也對有康復(fù)需求的門診患者進(jìn)行治療，同時(shí)指導(dǎo)患者或患者家屬進(jìn)行康復(fù)訓(xùn)練。科室還引進(jìn)了Flexbox、FS等先進(jìn)的康復(fù)設(shè)備，對患者的站立、行走等日常生活活動(dòng)能力的提高有重要作用。

　　PT3科秉承全心全意為患者服務(wù)的原則，與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，積極探索，技術(shù)水平處于全國一流。歡迎國內(nèi)外同仁到科里進(jìn)行交通溝流或進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí)。

　　Introduction of Department PT3

　　PT3 department is one of the most important departments in CRRC. Patients with cerebrovascular disease who can’t walk normally can get maximum recovery after treatment. There are a lot of patients from all over the country come to this department for treatment, including the well-known actor Ge Cun-Zhuang, crosstalk master Hou Bao-lin. There are many patients from other countries such as Russia, America ,South Korea, Japan, and Ukraine.And there are 30 therapists in this department including 1 deputy high therapist, 15 intermediate therapists, and 5 of them have Master degree.

　　Mr. Lui Hui-lin , the head of the department, has got the Bachelor degree and Master degree of International University of Medical Welfare. And he is one of the identified members of the International Bobath Courses.And he is the responsible person of the International Bobath Course organized in China.

　　Some therapists have participated in international training and got International Certification. They are experienced in the rehabilitation of hemiplegia caused by cerebrovascular sequelae, including paralyzed limbs balance and coordination barriers, increased or decreased muscle tone, genu recurvatum, varus lead to abnormal gait and so on. At the same time they are in charge of the teaching work of Capital Medical University and a number of international rehabilitation training tasks. Therapists not only provide rehabilitation training for inpatients, but also for outpatients who are in need of therapy. They also offer rehabilitation guidance for patients or their families.This department has also brought in Flexbox, FS and other advanced rehabilitation equipments which play an important role in the recovery of patient’s activities of daily living such as standing and walking ability.

　　This department persists in the principle of working for patients heart and soul, advance with times and explore actively to keep a high level of treatment techniques. Welcome native or foreign colleagues to the department for communication or further study.
