科室簡介

　　北京博愛醫(yī)院病案室是與醫(yī)院前身中國康復(fù)研究中心于1988-10-28一同建立的。科室共分為三個部分：包括掛號室，統(tǒng)計(jì)室，病案室。

　　掛號室承擔(dān)全院科室掛號、建案、索引錄入工作，掛號主要包括現(xiàn)場掛號，預(yù)約掛號(114預(yù)約掛號，網(wǎng)上預(yù)約掛號，微信預(yù)約掛號)，同時負(fù)責(zé)回收整理急診留觀病歷。

　　統(tǒng)計(jì)室負(fù)責(zé)全院的統(tǒng)計(jì)工作，包括制作醫(yī)療日報、月報、季報、年報、人力資源、設(shè)備資源調(diào)查表等，死亡卡統(tǒng)計(jì)上報工作，每年制作一冊全院綜合統(tǒng)計(jì)匯編。

　　病案管理，病案采取一號分開式管理，住院病案室主要負(fù)責(zé)病案的回收、整理、借閱、質(zhì)檢工作。

　　科室人員主要由病案相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)人員組成，并包括一名博士及兩名碩士，能過完成上一級部門醫(yī)務(wù)處布置全部工作，能過配合其他部門完成臨時性統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)提供等工作。

　　科室由建科初期的手工管理，逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)了病案的信息化管理，通過醫(yī)院的HIS的病案模塊完成掛號及預(yù)約工作，患者的診療信息除去知情同意書全部實(shí)現(xiàn)電子化，統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)收集整理分析報送基本實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化，能及時準(zhǔn)確收集上報各種信息，完成醫(yī)院交給工作。

　　The medical record room of Beijing Bo'ai Hospital was established with the hospital predecessor China Rehabilitation Research Center in 1988-10-28. The Department is divided into three parts: the registration room, the statistics room, the medical record room.

　　The registration room is responsible for the registration, case establishment and index entry of the whole hospital. Registration mainly includes on-site registration, appointment registration (114 appointment registration, online appointment registration, WeChat appointment registration), and at the same time, it is responsible for recovering and finishing the emergency medical records.

　　The statistics office is responsible for the statistical work of the whole hospital, including making medical daily reports, monthly reports, quarterly reports, annual reports, human resources, equipment resources questionnaire, etc., and reports the death card statistics.

　　Medical record management, medical records to take a separate management, inpatient case room mainly responsible for the recovery of medical records, collation, borrowing, quality inspection work.

　　The Department staff is mainly composed of medical record related professionals, including a Ph.D. and two masters. They can finish all the work of the medical department at the upper level department, and cooperate with other departments to complete the temporary statistical data provision.

　　The Department from manual management of early stage, gradually realize the information management of medical records, medical records through the hospital HIS module to complete the registration and appointment work, patient information from informed consent to achieve full electronic data collection, statistical analysis to the basic realization of the network, can collect various information timely and accurate reporting, complete the hospital to work.
