科室簡介

　　我院自2000年成立獨立急診科以來急診科先后經(jīng)歷了三個發(fā)展階段。建科之初，原急診科地處老樓一層偏僻一角，設置2張搶救床位、9張留觀床位，每天接診病人約50人次;

　　隨著醫(yī)院周邊人員的增加，急診科每天接診人數(shù)亦逐漸增加，我院急診科進入了第二個發(fā)展階段，并于2009年9月急診科進入新的門診大樓，全科面積約2000平方米，共設置搶救床位8張，留觀床位18張，每張床位均配備多功能監(jiān)護儀及2臺中心監(jiān)護儀，每張搶救床還配備一臺呼吸機和一臺除顫儀。急診科包括急診內(nèi)科和外科，分為流水、留觀、搶救室、急診手術室，同時還配備急診掛號、急診收費、急診藥房、急診化驗室、急診CT、急診X線等，形成一站式急診服務，構成了急診整體。

　　自2013年開始，我院急診科進入了第三個發(fā)展階段：在原有基礎上急診科留觀床位數(shù)進一步增加到30張，搶救床位增加到12張。先后開展了床旁超聲、床旁支氣管鏡、血液透析、有創(chuàng)性血流動力學監(jiān)測及主動脈內(nèi)球囊反搏術等工作;開通了急診心肌梗塞和急性腦血管病的綠色通道;我院急診科是最先按照最新國際化《急性缺血性腦血管病溶栓治療指南》開展“患者入院后1小時內(nèi)開通靜脈通道進行靜脈溶栓治療”的醫(yī)院之一;對肺動脈栓塞、主動脈夾層等疑難雜癥的診斷準確率高達95%，對急性心肌梗塞、急性腦血管病、多臟器衰竭、重癥感染等高齡危重病人有較高的搶救成功率;目前每天就診人數(shù)增加到300人次，周末或節(jié)假日就診人數(shù)可多大400人次。在發(fā)展急診內(nèi)科的同時進一步發(fā)展急診外科，目前已經(jīng)調入專業(yè)急診外科碩士學歷醫(yī)生數(shù)人，逐漸獨立承擔急診外科各種大型搶救治療。

　　目前科室人員配備更為齊全，全科共有急診專業(yè)醫(yī)護人員47人，其中急診專業(yè)醫(yī)生16人，護士 31 人，主任醫(yī)師2人，副主任醫(yī)師3人，90%以上的醫(yī)師具有碩士以上的學歷;護士均具有大專或大專以上的學歷，其中本科學歷的護士占30%。具有較強的科研能力，目前承擔院內(nèi)外科研項目十余項。

　　我院急診的優(yōu)勢是著力服務于周邊地區(qū)百姓，環(huán)境較好，設備較新，一線值班醫(yī)生無進修及實習人員，均為本院高年資主治醫(yī)生，有豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗;服務態(tài)度好。急診護理人員具有豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗和搶救技能，輸液技術水平高，服務熱情周到，開展優(yōu)質護理服務以來無數(shù)次受到患者及家屬的好評;榮獲豐臺區(qū)和北京博愛醫(yī)院優(yōu)秀護理集體稱號。我科的醫(yī)療護理隊伍可滿足輻射區(qū)域百姓的急診、急救需求。

　　The Introduction of the Emergency Department

　　The Emergency Department has gone through three stages of development since it was set up in 2000. The original emergency department was located in a remote corner of the first layer of the old building, with two rescuing beds and nine observing beds. There were about 50 patients to visit us every day. With the increasing number of residents around our hospital, the number of patients visiting the Emergency Department grew exponentially.

　　The Emergency Department had entered its second stages of development since it was moved into the new Outpatients Building in September, 2009. The general areas of the Emergency Department is about 2000 square meters, setting up 6 rescuing beds and 18 observing beds. Each bed is equipped with a multi-function monitor, which is remote-monitored by 2 center monitors. Each rescuing bed is equipped with a ventilator and a defibrillator. The Emergency Department is divided into the Emergency Internal Medicine and the Emergency Surgery, includes Consulting Rooms, Observing Room, Rescuing Room and Emergency Operating Room. It is also equipped with Emergency Registry Office, Emergency Cashier’s Office, Emergency Pharmacy, Emergency Laboratory, Emergency CT and Emergency X-ray, all of which constitute the Emergency Department and forms a one-stop service pattern.

　　The Emergency Department has entered into its third stages of development since 2013. There are 8 rescuing beds and 30 observing beds. Successively we have carried out the bedside Ultrasound, the bedside Bronchoscopy, the Hemodialysis, the Invasive Hemodynamic Monitoring and the Intra-aortic Balloon Counterpulsation etc. We have also opened the Easy Access for acute myocardial infarction and acute cerebral vascular diseases. Our emergency department is one of the few hospitals which carry out thrombolytic therapy in 1 hour after the patient is admitted to the hospital according to the latest “Guidelines of Thrombolytic therapy for Acute Ischemic Stroke”. The diagnosis rate of pulmonary embolism and artery dissection is as high as 95%, and the success rate of rescue for these patients with acute myocardial infarction, with acute Cerebrovascular disease, with multiple organ failure, or with severe infection is more than 90%. At present the number of patients adds up to 300 per day during the week and up to 400 per day on weekends or holidays. The Emergency Surgery has also been developed as the Emergency Internal Medicine develops. Many emergency surgeons with professional master degree are transferred into our department to undertake independently large emergency surgical treatments.

　　At present, we have 47 staff members in our department, including 16 doctors (2 chief doctors and 3 associate chief doctors) and 31 nurses. More than 90% of the doctors have obtained Masters Degrees. All of our nurses have obtained a college level Degrees. Consequently the nurses with a Bachelor degree account for 30% of the nurse staff members. We have a professional and proficient department of scientific research, Involved in at least 10 research projects thus far.

　　The Emergency department is a wonderful place to obtain and receive medical care. With a Professional staff trained in clinical experience and rescue skills. Also new and up to date Medical equipment is available to staff .members.

　　The object of our hospital service is primarily aimed at residents around our hospital, and also including those patients from other places.
