科室簡(jiǎn)介

　　北京博愛(ài)醫(yī)院神經(jīng)康復(fù)三科(K3)是以腦外傷康復(fù)為重點(diǎn)的康復(fù)科室，主要收治亞急性期和恢復(fù)期腦外傷患者，也包括腦卒中、缺血缺氧性腦病等其他神經(jīng)損傷患者。科室張皓主任已從事神經(jīng)康復(fù)20余年，對(duì)腦卒中、腦外傷等康復(fù)治療有較為豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。科室的醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、科研全面發(fā)展，重點(diǎn)對(duì)腦外傷后功能障礙和并發(fā)癥進(jìn)行全面的評(píng)定與康復(fù)治療，對(duì)腦損傷后精神行為異常、認(rèn)知障礙等治療取得一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，同時(shí)對(duì)腦外傷康復(fù)的流程、康復(fù)效果、外傷后吞咽障礙、腦積水、內(nèi)分泌功能障礙、植物狀態(tài)康復(fù)等進(jìn)行了深入研究，現(xiàn)承擔(dān)并參與多項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)和北京市級(jí)課題，主編和主譯了《神經(jīng)康復(fù)學(xué)》、《腦卒中康復(fù)—基于功能的方法》等專著。科室以“全心全意為患者服務(wù)”為宗旨，以團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作的康復(fù)醫(yī)療團(tuán)隊(duì)為基礎(chǔ)，加強(qiáng)與其他學(xué)科的協(xié)作，按照國(guó)外現(xiàn)代康復(fù)治療的模式，進(jìn)行科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)、全面的康復(fù)治療，盡最大努力幫助患者減輕痛苦，恢復(fù)機(jī)體功能，以最佳狀態(tài)盡早回歸家庭和社會(huì)。

　　Department of TBI Rehabilitation

　　Our department is focus on TBI rehabilitation and maybe the first one specialized in TBI rehabilitation in China, the main patients are acute and subacute TBI patients. Professor Zhang Hao is the leader of our department, she has extensive clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation, such as stroke, traumatic brain injury for more than 20 years. We got development with medical, teaching and research, focus on evaluation and treatment of complications and disorders of TBI, especially mental and behavioral abnormality, cognitive disorder, swallowing dysfunction, hydrocephalus, endocrine dysfunction, vegetative state, as well as process and effect of TBI rehabilitation. Now we are responsible and involved in national and Beijing municipal issues, edit and translate the books of neuro-rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation-method based on function. We dedicate to patient service for the purpose of solidarity based on the medical team collaboration, strengthen collaboration with other departments, in accordance with the model of modern rehabilitation treatment abroad, with scientific, systematic and comprehensive rehabilitation, do our best to help patients relieve suffering, regain functions, return to their families and society as soon as possible.
