　　一 科室簡介：

　　理療科創(chuàng)建于1988年，現(xiàn)有編制16人，包括康復醫(yī)師3人(其中主任醫(yī)師1人)、理療技師6人、專業(yè)水療師7人。理療科是集醫(yī)療、教學和科研于一體的獨立科室，也是國內較早開展現(xiàn)代化水中治療技術的科室，負責住院和門診患者的物理因子治療和水中治療。

　　科室設有醫(yī)生診察室、綜合理療室、高頻治療室、沖擊波治療室、表面肌電評估室、水療室等，開展了多種電療、光療、超聲波、肌電生物反饋、體外沖擊波等物理因子治療以及水中一對一肢體功能訓練、水中平板步行訓練、哈巴氏槽浴等水療項目。科室每年治療總量12萬余次，在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病(截癱、偏癱、腦癱等)、骨科疾病、炎癥、疼痛、痙攣、創(chuàng)面等的物理因子治療與水療方面積累了較為豐富的經(jīng)驗。

　　其中，獨具特色的水療室(康復治療區(qū)一層水療室及綜合樓地下一層水療室)占地面積1500 m2，配有先進的水療設備，處于國內領先水平。水療不僅能緩解疼痛、減輕痙攣、擴大關節(jié)活動度、改善運動控制及平衡協(xié)調能力、增強肌力、提高機體耐力，而且在心理情緒調節(jié)方面也具有良好的作用。

　　此外，科室還承擔了首都醫(yī)科大學康復醫(yī)學院PT和OT專業(yè)本科生教學、康復專科住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓、康復治療師規(guī)范化培訓、國家級水療繼續(xù)教育項目培訓以及來自于全國各地的水療與理療進修人員等的培訓任務。為了更好地滿足醫(yī)療、教學及科研的需求，科室致力于引進國際先進的治療理念與技術，近年來先后與美國華盛頓州立大學Bruce E Becker教授、國際水療協(xié)會Johan Lambeck副主席、以色列Alyn醫(yī)院Ruthy Tirosh教授、香港理工大學Billy So講師、丹麥奧爾堡大學耿波博士等國際組織的專家建立長效聯(lián)系機制，翻譯相關著作，漢化評價量表，連續(xù)舉辦數(shù)屆水療新技術培訓班，豐富了相關領域的知識與技術內涵。

　　近年來，承擔各級科研課題15項，發(fā)表論文30余篇，獲批國家發(fā)明專利1項，實用新型專利7項，軟件著作權5項，參編、參譯水療及物理因子治療方面的教材及康復醫(yī)學專著8部。另外，科室連續(xù)舉辦了第八屆、第九屆、第十屆、第十一屆北京國際康復論壇的水療分論壇，以及中華醫(yī)學會第十六次全國物理醫(yī)學與康復學學術年會水療分論壇、中國醫(yī)師協(xié)會第四屆康復醫(yī)師分會水療分論壇，2017年7月牽頭成立了國內首個水療學術組織——中國醫(yī)師協(xié)會康復醫(yī)師分會水療康復專業(yè)委員會。

　　Brief Introduction of Modality Therapy Department

　　Department of modality therapy was established in 1988. It is an independent department that mainly provides modality therapy and hydrotherapy for patients, combined with research and education in these fields. It is staffed with individuals who have rich experiences, including 3 physicians(1 chief physician), 6 modality therapists and 7 hydro-therapists. The consulting room, comprehensive modality therapy room, high-frequency current electrotherapy room, extracorporeal shockwave therapy room, s-EMG evaluation room and hydrotherapy rooms are affiliated to the department. More than 120,000 times of treatments had been offered per year for patients suffered from pain, spasm, inflammation and other disorders. There are various kinds of modern hydrotherapy apparatus in the unique hydrotherapy section. According to literatures and experiences, hydrotherapy is of great importance in rehabilitation of SCI, stroke, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, post-amputation, post-joint replacement, fractures, arthritis and other disorders. Hydrotherapy can help to relief pain, reduce spasm, maintain ROM, improve coordination and flexibility, increase strength and endurance. It also has good effects on patients’ psychological conditions.
